  • Submit all required documentation
  • Comply with all local and international shipping laws

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items may NOT be shipped:

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives
  • Hazardous materials
  • Cash and bearer instruments
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Perishable goods requiring special handling (unless arranged)
  • Items prohibited by U.S. or destination-country laws
  • Items prohibited by the carrier’s own policies

We may inspect or refuse shipments at our discretion or as required by law.

6. Pricing, Fees & Payment

All prices for shipping or products are displayed on the Site or provided at the time of purchase.

Fees may include:

  • Handling and packaging fees
  • Admin or service fees
  • Customs, duties, or taxes

Payment is due before shipment or service completion.
By providing a payment method, you authorize charges for all selected services.

7. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Delivery times exclude customs clearance delays

8. Shipment Handling, Transit & Delivery

All shipments are fulfilled by third-party carriers. Once handed off to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the carrier
  • Delivery times and tracking accuracy are controlled by the carrier
  • Linnovation is not responsible for delays, routing issues, missed deliveries, or damage occurring while in carrier custody

Tracking numbers are provided when available, but accuracy depends on the carrier.

9. Loss, Damage & Claims

9.1 Carrier-Based Liability

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit:

  • Carrier investigation and policies determine compensation
  • Our liability is limited to the amount the carrier approves

Linnovation does not guarantee reimbursement.

9.2 Optional Insurance (If Offered)

If not purchased, coverage defaults to the carrier’s minimal or statutory limits.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

This Return & Refund Policy explains how product returns, service cancellations, and refund requests are handled for both purchases and shipping services.

Due to the nature of shipping, handling, and freight services, most fees are non-refundable once a service has begun. Product refunds may be available under certain conditions.

2. Shipping Services – No Refund After Processing

Once a shipment is processed, labeled, submitted, or accepted by Unified Multi Service Group or a third-party carrier:

🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Shipping charges
  • Handling fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Customs processing fees
  • International surcharges
  • Drop-off and pickup service fees

Because carriers immediately begin their logistics process, refunds cannot be issued after a shipping label has been created or the package has been transferred to a carrier.

3. Canceling a Shipment

You may request to cancel a shipment before:

  • A label is generated, AND
  • The package is accepted by Linnovation, AND
  • The package is not yet submitted to a carrier

If cancellation is approved:

✔️ A partial or full refund may be issued, minus any processing or administrative fees.

All cancellations are evaluated case-by-case.

4. Loss, Damage, or Missing Items

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Damaged
  • Stolen
  • Delivered incorrectly

Your claim must be submitted through the carrier’s official claims process.

Unified Multi Service is not responsible for transit damage or loss.

Refunds for these issues depend entirely on:

  • The carrier’s investigation
  • The carrier’s insurance limits
  • Whether optional insurance was purchased
  • Proof of value and condition from the customer

If the carrier denies the claim, we cannot issue a refund.

5. Optional Shipping Insurance

If you purchase optional shipping insurance:

  • Coverage will follow the insurer’s rules
  • Claims require documentation (photos, proof of value, receipts)
  • The insurer determines approval or denial

Uninsured shipments default to the carrier’s limited coverage.

6. Returns for Store Products (Shipping Supplies / Merchandise)

Products such as shipping materials, accessories, or merchandise purchased from Linnovation.co may be eligible for return within 7 days if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in the original packaging
  • The item is in resellable condition

Non-returnable items:

  • Used shipping boxes
  • Opened packaging materials
  • Clearance items
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Digital or electronic downloads
  • Items damaged by the customer

Refund Method

Approved product refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Product Delivery

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item:

9. Refund Processing Time
